Tumpá Duo

The percussive duo formed by Jacqueline Dourado & Leonardo Caire (TumPá) presented a digital concert featuring two world premieres of commissioned works: 'Jogo-Reza' by the Goianian composer Luiz Gonçalves and 'Immerse' by the composer Leonardo Caire.

In addition to performing works by other Brazilian composers that were part of the repertoire for this proposal.

The works were rehearsed and recorded in collaboration with Brazilian artists during a residency at the Hochschule für Musik und Tanz Köln (Germany).

This interaction allowed for fruitful dialogues between contemporary music produced in Brazil and the possibilities for expanding the repertoire in European territory.
